Building a Fort With Bumpa

Nana and Bumpa (my parents) came down for a visit yesterday.  What a refreshing day!  Bumpa built a fort with the kids outside while Mom and I got to catch up in a quiet home inside!  Then, they set to work and did some laundry for me, vacuumed and washed down doors and surfaces that were covered in fingerprints.  What a nice treat!!!

Here are some pictures of "the fort".  The great thing too is that it is within view of the house and the kids love it and spent a good deal of time out in it today.  Of course, there were still several knocks on the slider for scrapes, fights, snacks, etc., but it was still nice to have a bit of quiet in here while they enjoyed themselves outside!
