One Saturday Morning

Pete had to attend a continuing education class today, so the kids and I were flying solo. I decided to make pancakes for a change of pace. Naomi "helped" me flip them. They ended up a bit messy, but she felt a real sense of accomplishment.

Olivia decided to make her own meal with her play food. The following sequence is what happened when I asked her to smile for me:

"No, a real smile Olivia"

"Please give me a real smile"


"Mommy can you take another picture of me?"

Timmy just hung out in his highchair and ate the pancakes and watched.

Naomi and Timmy decided to have a "tea party". Timmy decided he needed a hard hat for this tea party!
